Refunds

If DirWiz is not right for you, write to me within 30 days of buying it and you get a full refund. No questions asked.

Purchases on dirwiz.app

You can ask for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. Email support@dirwiz.app with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. You do not need to explain why.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the reseller that processed your order, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, the license key for that purchase is cancelled and cannot be used to activate DirWiz again.

After 30 days I still look at every request, especially if something is broken, and I will do what is fair.

Mac App Store and Setapp

If you got DirWiz from the Mac App Store, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you use DirWiz through Setapp, billing and refunds are handled by Setapp. I cannot issue refunds for purchases made through either store.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the laws of the country where you live, not instead of them.
